Today Club Penguin released Treasure Book 4 by a mistake!
It was released only for few minutes so I didn’t get any pictures but these are from Chrisdog93′s Club Penguin Cheats!

There are some Halloween costumes so it looks like Club Penguin will release the Treasure Book Series 4 at their 4th year anniversary or at the Halloween party!

The Treasure Book Series 4 was released by a mistake for few minutes.
It will be released in October or November 2009 because there are many Halloween costumes. I hope this helped you! Keep visiting for more cool CP cheats!
